This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all users of the I’M SAFEplatform, which is owned and operated by M/s. Free2Live Tech Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

By accessing or using the website platform, you agree to be bound by this Policy. Please read it carefully before purchasing or subscribing to any paid services or features.

Refunds and cancellations for all purchases made on the I’M SAFE website and mobile app will follow our detailed Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms a part of these Terms. This includes rules for returning BLE tags and GPS devices, cancelling hardware orders, and requesting refunds for subscription plans. Hardware returns are allowed only for valid manufacturing defects reported within the specified return window. 

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once charged, and yearly subscription refunds are permitted only if cancelled within 24 hours of activation. Orders for hardware may be cancelled before dispatch only. All refunds, where approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment or as per app store rules. Users are advised to review the full Refund & Cancellation Policy before making a purchase.
