📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

I’M SAFE is committed to delivering your safety devices quickly, securely, and across a wide network of supported countries. This policy outlines the terms related to shipping, timelines, charges, and tracking support.
1. Where We Ship
We currently offer delivery to:
• All regions within India
• International destinations across North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, select parts of Asia, and other low-risk, logistically supported regions
We do not currently ship to countries or regions with logistical, legal, or geopolitical restrictions.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
• India: 1 to 6 business days
• International: 7 to 20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processes
We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), once your payment is confirmed.
3. Shipping Fees
• Domestic (India): ₹99
• International: ₹999 INR (approximately $12 USD)
📌 Note: All applicable customs duties and import fees are covered by I’M SAFE — you will not be charged anything extra upon delivery.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared with you via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through our courier partner’s portal.
5. Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:
• Remote delivery locations
• Customs clearance delays
• Public holidays or high-demand seasons
We will notify you proactively in case of significant delays.

🔁 Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
• The product received is damaged or defective
• The request is made within 3 days of delivery
Returned products must:
• Be in original condition and packaging
• Include all accessories and proof of purchase
• Not show signs of misuse or intentional damage
2. Return Shipping
• Within India: Return shipping will be arranged and paid for by I’M SAFE
• International: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping cost
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
3. Refund Timeline
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
• Refunds are initiated within 24 hours
• Refunds are made to the original payment method
• Bank or payment provider processing times may vary (typically 5–7 business days)
4. Order Cancellations
• You may cancel your order before it has been shipped
• Cancellations are not permitted after the product has been dispatched or delivered
To cancel, email us at support@imsafe.app with your order ID.
5. Warranty Terms
All I’M SAFE devices come with a 12-month limited warranty covering:
• Manufacturing defects
• Device malfunctions not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs
To raise a warranty claim, contact us with your device details, issue description, and order confirmation.
