We ship across India and to international destinations. Delivery availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.
Dispatch and delivery
- Inside India: dispatched within 3 working days of payment.
- Outside India: dispatched within 2 working weeks of payment.
Dispatch is not the same as arrival. Delivery time depends on the courier and destination. Check the carrier’s tracking update for arrival information.
Shipping and payment
- Inside India: ₹99 flat per order.
- Outside India: shipping is calculated at checkout.
- All website orders are prepaid. Cash on Delivery and Partial COD are not available.
Track your order
We email tracking details to the address used at checkout once your order ships. Check your spam and promotions folders, or view your orders.
Delays or failed delivery
If tracking has not updated or delivery has failed, contact support with your order number and delivery address. We’ll look into the shipment.
Need to change the address?
Contact support as soon as possible. Address changes cannot always be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.
Damaged or missing packages
Contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and contents.
