Individual retail delivery is available within India, subject to address availability at checkout. Outside India, contact us for a bulk enquiry.
Dispatch and delivery
- Inside India: dispatched within 3 working days of payment.
- International bulk orders: dispatch arrangements are confirmed in your quote.
Dispatch is not the same as arrival. Delivery time depends on the courier and destination. Check the carrier’s tracking update for arrival information.
Shipping and payment
- Inside India: ₹99 flat per order.
- International bulk orders: shipping is quoted in INR; destination duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
- All website orders are prepaid. Cash on Delivery and Partial COD are not available.
Track your order
We email tracking details to the address used at checkout once your order ships. Check your spam and promotions folders, or view your orders.
Delays or failed delivery
If tracking has not updated or delivery has failed, contact support with your order number and delivery address. We’ll look into the shipment.
Need to change the address?
Contact support as soon as possible. Address changes cannot always be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.
Damaged or missing packages
Contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and contents.
