I’M SAFE is not a police, ambulance, fire, medical, security or emergency-response service. Our products and features do not replace professional emergency services.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger or facing an emergency, contact your local emergency services first.

2. No guarantee of safety

The I’M SAFE app, SOS Tags and Personal Alarms are designed to support personal safety, but they cannot guarantee your safety or prevent every incident. No product or app can remove all personal-safety risk.

3. App and feature limitations

SOS alerts, notifications and location sharing can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable because of factors such as:

• Phone battery level, settings and permissions
• Internet connection and mobile network coverage
• Bluetooth availability and device pairing
• Device compatibility and operating-system behaviour
• Third-party service availability

Live location information may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.

4. SOS Tags and Personal Alarms

• Bluetooth SOS Tags require a compatible phone, enabled Bluetooth and the required app connection to function as intended.
• Personal Alarms are attention and deterrence devices - they are not emergency-response systems.
• Damaged, out-of-range or low-battery devices may not work.

5. Emergency helpline information

Any emergency helpline numbers or contact details shown in the app or on the website are provided as general information. They may change over time and should be independently verified where necessary.

6. Recording features and local laws

Recording laws differ by location. Users are responsible for using any recording features lawfully in their location.

Safety Map, area information and other location-based content may not always be complete, current or accurate. Please use your own judgement.
