Where we deliver
Physical safety devices are available to international customers by bulk enquiry only. Individual retail checkout is not offered for international orders. Submit a bulk enquiry for a quote.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery: 7-30 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may be affected by customs processing, local carriers, remote delivery locations, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where orders are sent from
International orders are fulfilled and dispatched from India.
Import duties and taxes
The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These are not included in the quoted price.
Follow your shipment
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared after your order is dispatched.
Currency and bank fees
Quotes for bulk enquiries are provided in INR. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction fee.
Payment methods
All orders are prepaid. Cash on Delivery and partial Cash on Delivery are not available.
If something isn’t right
For a delay, incorrect address, missing package or damaged item, contact support@imsafe.app with your order number and details. Address changes cannot always be made after dispatch.
