Clear delivery information.

We ship across India and to international destinations. Delivery availability for your specific address is confirmed at checkout.

• Inside India: orders are dispatched within 3 working days of payment.
• Outside India: orders are dispatched within 2 working weeks of payment.

Delivery time after dispatch depends on the courier and destination. Actual arrival dates are provided by the carrier in your tracking update.

• Inside India: ₹99 flat per order.
• Outside India: shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination.
• Full cash on delivery is not offered. A partial COD option may be shown at checkout on eligible orders inside India.

• Tracking details are emailed to the address used at checkout once your order ships.
• Check spam and promotions folders if you don't see it.

If your tracking has not updated for a while or your delivery has failed, contact support with your order number and delivery address. We'll look into the status of your shipment.

If you notice an incorrect address after placing an order, contact support as soon as possible. Address changes cannot always be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

If your package arrives damaged, or an item is missing from your order, contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and contents.
