Charge it before first use
Charge with the supplied USB cable through the USB-C port. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

Clip it to keys, a bag or a belt loop with the supplied keychain buckle so it is reachable with one hand.

Pull the ring
Pulling the ring activates the 135 dB siren and alert light. Reinsert the ring, or follow the supplied instructions, to stop and reset it.

How do I charge Alarm Metal, and how do I know it is charged?
Charge it with the supplied USB cable through the USB-C port. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours. Charge it fully before first use, and top it up periodically so it is ready when you need it.
What should I do if the alarm does not sound?
Recharge the device for about 2 hours and try again, and check that the pull ring is fully seated before use. Follow the reset steps in the supplied manual. If it still does not sound, contact support and we will help.
How do I activate the alarm, and how do I stop it?
Pulling the ring activates the 135 dB siren and alert light. Reinsert the ring, or follow the supplied instructions, to stop and reset it.
Can it be used again after it has been triggered?
Yes. Once the ring is reinserted and the alarm is reset, the device can be carried and used again.
