Do all safety kits require the I'M SAFE app?
The personal alarms in a kit are standalone and do not need the app. Any SOS Tag included in a kit requires the I'M SAFE app, Bluetooth and a compatible smartphone.

The Family Safety Kit is a great deal. One of the Tags had a minor scuff mark out of the box, but functionally everything is perfect.
